Aaron K. Briggs, PT, DPT, ECS, OCS, CMTPT
Aaron is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is double board-certified in Clinical Electrophysiology and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.
His clinical mission is to provide superior, highly accessible electrodiagnostic testing to the communities he serves. Aaron is known for his meticulous attention to detail and for helping inform the care of patients with complex, often life-altering conditions. He has performed more than 9,000 EMG/NCS studies and maintains professional relationships with physicians across orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, physiatry, neurology, pain medicine, podiatry, and other specialties.
Aaron serves as a Clinical Electrophysiology Content Expert with the Specialization Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is also a Certified Clinical Instructor and enjoys teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals.
A dedicated and compassionate clinician for over a decade, Aaron brings broad experience across sports medicine, acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, occupational medicine, skilled nursing, and other settings. Earlier in his training, he had the privilege of providing care to members of the United States Air Force Combat Control, US Speedskating, USA Weightlifting, and USA Boxing Teams.
Before entering healthcare, Aaron represented the United States and the New York Athletic Club as an international Greco-Roman wrestler and competed in the 2012 London Olympic Team Trials. Outside of clinical practice, he treasures time with his wife, their daughter, and identical twin boys.
